Kansas City will get a great viewing opportunity of the International Space Station as it passes overhead tonight. The station will become visible at 6:20 PM and will appear to the Northwest. It will remain visible for about 5 minutes and should be seen with the naked eye.
To get the best view, it’s best to find the station with your naked eye, then lift binoculars to your eyes without looking away from the station. You can find more details and instructions on how to find it in the sky on the SpotTheStation.nasa.gov website here.
