In an effort to give people things to do while practicing social distancing the state of Missouri has temporarily suspended the requirement for a fishing license or trout tag. The suspension will run from Friday, March 27, through April 15. All season dates and limits will continue to apply and be enforced.
Missouri state parks remain open but all overnight lodging and camping has been closed. Day use and boat ramps are still available. So get out there and catch some dinner.
Let’s hope that Kansas will follow and lift the license requirement as well.
