Kansas City seems like the perfect spot for the latest food craze, grilled sunflower heads. People are raving about these grilled flowers that you can eat just like corn on the cob. I think I’ll give this one a shot.
It seems easy enough to do and people seem to really like them. After a bit of prep, you grill the head for about 5 minutes on medium heat. The short video below should be a big help. Happy eating!
