Charcuterie board perfection at Geo’s Cheese in Waldo

Geo’s Cheese in Waldo had the unfortunate task of opening up during the height of the pandemic scare. Despite the horrible timing they have gotten off to a great start and are “aging well”.

There is no doubt that this has everything to do with their extensive selection of delicious hard to find cheeses as well as the shops old school charm. Owner Spencer Woodard has been in the cheese business for years on the wholesale side and his knowledge of all things cheese is clearly on display.

They are nestled up right next to Governor Stumpy’s Grill House on Gregory Blvd in Waldo. You can find out more and make plans to build the perfect charcuterie board on their website here.
